Many more conditions are commonly treated through chiropractic means. If you are unsure if we can help, feel free to text us any questions...the doctor will respond as quickly as possible...

Participating Provider Annette Clemente Chiropractic is a participating provider with the following insurers: Highmark, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Preferred Blue, Direct Blue, Mountain State BC/BS, and all other BC/BS policies.   If your insurance is not listed feel free to text us and we can find out for you!

Financial We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your insurance benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Personal forms of payment accepted are check, cash, and credit card.

Punctuality Please make every effort to be on time. A late arrival limits the amount of time we can spend with you and throws the schedule off for patients who follow. In the unfortunate event you will run late, we request a text so that we may coordinate other patients to the schedule.

Length of Sessions We acknowledge that various approaches may be necessary in the treatment of your particular condition. In this office, a new patient visit will include a detailed medical history and review of your complaint, a thorough examination, and if deemed necessary, chiropractic manipulative treatment along with any recommended ancillary procedures. Your first visit will range between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. A routine office visit includes an exam, chiropractic manipulative treatment, and, if needed, some other form of ancillary therapy. Ancillary procedures may include the following: trigger-point therapy, myofascial release, soft tissue mobilization, manual traction, joint mobilization, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, stretching, nutritional and life-style advice, and in-house or home exercise instruction. Routine visits typically last 20 to 45 minutes. The focus of care is always on achieving a treatment goal of optimum improvement and a return to your daily level of function, rather than on a specific length of time. We understand, however, that your time is valuable, and will always be mindful of your schedule.

Treatment Plans Treatment plans are designed to restore maximum possible function, not just relieve pain. Healing is a process that takes time. Each individual is unique. Because muscles and connective tissues are slow to heal, chiropractic care may be required for several weeks to months. Everything will be explained as we go through the process of rebuilding a strong, healthy body. We will perform periodic re-examinations to provide you with road signs along the way to recovery and optimum health. We urge you to follow through with your treatment program so that optimum results may be achieved.

Active Client Participation Treatment will succeed to its fullest only if you take an active role. Follow through with recommendations for home exercise, nutritional recommendations and lifestyle changes.

Patient Satisfaction We strive to provide outstanding service to our patients. Since responses to chiropractic treatment vary, we can't guarantee results, but we can guarantee your satisfaction. Please let us know if there is any way we can improve our service and your satisfaction.

Cancellation If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A non-cancellation fee will be assessed if a patient does not show up for an appointment without the required notice.

Communication Open, honest communication is vital for the success of your care. Please speak with Dr. Clemente if you have any concerns about your finances, progress or treatment plan.

Privacy Please know that we do our best to protect your privacy. Information regarding your care at our facility is released only with your written permission.

Referrals The highest compliment our office can receive is the referral of family and friends. In fact, our practice continues to grow by word of mouth from satisfied patients. We believe that if we provide excellent service, our patients will tell others about the benefits they have experienced through chiropractic care.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our practice for your chiropractic care.
